  • Create notice details with title, description and expiry date for individual employee, globally and for teams. Additionally, it includes features like delete, enable and disable option.

Product & Order:

  • Product Category: Can create, edit and delete product categories or subcategory with specific name and code. Easily enable or disable the status of product
  • Products: Can create product with title, category, code and price and description. Provides option to edit and enable or disable the product status.
  • Orders: Administrators can view and manage orders to provide approvals. (completed, pending, processing etc.)

Payroll Management:

  • Globally: Can modify, delete and add adjustments to the payroll setting periodically (weekly, monthly), including start and end dates. It also provides options to enable or disable automatic payroll processing.
  • Individually: Can edit salary & leave count and add adjustments such as tax deduction, benefit and amount (either fixed or percentage-based) by specifying the adjustment name, code etc

Sales Target:

  • Sales targets amount can be created for each employee on a periodic basis (monthly, weekly, daily, etc.) and can include incentives (either fixed or percentage-based). You can add multiple sales targets for various period, as well as edit and delete it as needed.

Features of Mobile App (Android + IOS):

Device Validation & Verification:

  • While login device verification and validation to avoid attendance forgery.

Attendance:

  • Punch In / out With Real Time Location: If you punch in the application will start the background tracking service to track your device activity and real-time location as well as device states (WIFI, GPS, Battery). Even if you close the app or restart your phone the app will auto start the background tracking
  • Attendance History: View and manage the attendance history including date, check-in & check-out times, visits, order & forms history. Additionally, the app user can customize the range of history to be listed.
  • Break System: Enables taking breaks with a click to start and resume easily. Breaks can only be taken after checking in.

Chat System:

  • Enables group creation and real-time communication with individuals. It allows sharing files such us images, videos, camera captures, audio, document, locations, and voice recordings. Additionally, employee can view the profile of their chat colleague, including the employee code, designation, and contact buttons for email and phone number.

Employee Activity:

  • Task: Employee can view & start the upcoming task and mark pause or complete the tasks. Additionally, can be able to give task updates, share location, document, camera captures and other details.
  • Client: Employee can be able to add, search & view the list of clients details along with call, email and navigation details etc.
  • Visits: Employee can be able to add new visit with client’s name, image, remark. Also, can view the history of client visit details

Employee Request Management:

  • Document: Can request for any document by providing document type and remark. Once it approved, we can easily download
  • Loan: Can request for loan by providing amount and remark. Admin will approve, reject and make adjustment
  • Expense: Can create an expense request with type(travel, food, accommodation etc), date, amount and attach a proof as an image and submit. Admin will review it and may approve or reject it.
  • Leave: Can easily request for a leave by providing the leave type, date and remark. The admin will approve or reject it

Auto Device Status Reporting (Based on device’s physical activity & Location change):

  • Using Activity Recognition API (Android): The app will continuously run and log your activity information including walking, driving, still, battery status, wifi connection and more.
  • Background Location: The app will report realtime location info, battery status, wifi status, gps status continuously even when the app is in the background.

One Tap Login:

  • Employees can log in to the app with a single click after registering with their email and password, eliminating repeated credential entries. One-tap login works only if the employee’s mobile device is already registered.

Holiday:

  • Easily check the list of holidays with filter option.

Custom Forms:

  • Can review, fill and submit the assigned forms.

Payroll Management:

  • Payslip: An employee can download their payslip for a particular period with a click

Sales Target:

  • Employee can view their achievement including daily, weekly, monthly target statuses, with a filter option by year.
